Services

As a licensed clinical psychologist in New York, I offer evidence-based therapy for adolescents, adults, parents, and families. My services include individual therapy, group therapy, parent coaching, and consultation, all tailored to your unique needs. Every session is grounded in warmth, collaboration, and clinical expertise.

Individual & Group Therapy

I offer individual therapy for adolescents and adults who are navigating:

  • Anxiety, depression, or chronic stress

  • ADHD and executive functioning challenges

  • Autism spectrum disorder

  • Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD)

  • Trauma and complex PTSD

  • Relationship concerns or life transitions

Therapy sessions are always goal-driven and strengths-based, while also drawn from evidence-based approaches like:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Mindfulness-based interventions

Together, we’ll work to build insight, emotional regulation, and create meaningful change in a space that feels safe, affirming, and collaborative.

In addition to individual sessions, I provide skills-based group therapy and family sessions for:

  • Neurodivergent individuals looking to build emotional insight and social connection

  • Parents seeking support, psychoeducation, or tools to manage behavioral challenges at home

  • Families working through relational stress or communication difficulties

Group and family sessions are structured, supportive, and designed to foster deeper understanding, shared growth, and stronger relationships.

Whether you're looking for one-on-one individual therapy, peer support in a group, or family-focused therapy, my goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and empowered—so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.

Parenting a child with emotional, behavioral, or developmental challenges can feel overwhelming—and isolating. You don’t have to do it alone.

I offer parent training and coaching for caregivers looking to better understand their child’s needs, respond effectively to difficult behaviors, and create a more connected home environment. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices that empower you with practical tools and emotional insight.

I specialize in supporting parents of children and adolescents with:

  • ADHD and executive functioning difficulties

  • Autism spectrum disorder

  • Anxiety and mood-related concerns

  • Behavioral outbursts, tantrums, and emotional dysregulation

  • Trauma-related responses

  • School and social challenges

Sessions may include:

  • Psychoeducation about your child’s diagnosis and how it impacts behavior and development

  • Parent Management Training (PMT) techniques to address oppositional or dysregulated behavior

  • Coaching on communication strategies, positive reinforcement, and boundary setting

  • Supportive guidance for navigating IEPs, school accommodations, and behavioral plans

  • Mindfulness and self-regulation tools to help you stay grounded and confident as a parent

Whether you're seeking practical skills or emotional support, my goal is to help you feel more effective, connected, and in control.
